    Saute the chik'n strips in olive oil for a couple of minutes, then mix with all other ingredients except for the lemon juice and JUST egg. Let it simmer for 10 minutes if using pre-cooked rice. Otherwise, cook until the rice is done.
    Take the soup off the heat and slowly add the JUST Egg while stirring. Then add the lemon juice and stir.
    Place back on low heat until it thickens slightly.
    Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 package Sweet Earth Mindful Chik'n Strips (or strips of choice)
    1 cup rice (you can cook this in the soup or pre-cook in a rice cooker for a quick weekday dinner)
    1 bouillon (Suggested to use Edward & Sons Not-Chick'n)
    2 cups water (if using pre-cooked rice. More if not)
    Dill
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Zest and juice of half a lemon
    1/3 cup of liquid JUST Egg

    Serving Size

    Serves 2 with leftovers
