    Instructions

    Add potatoes &=and carrots to a pot of boiling water and cook until soft.
    Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    Serve with chips, crackers, vegetables or anything else you choose. Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2/3 cup carrots, peeled and cubed
    1 1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    2 tablespoon diced chili pepper
    1 teaspoon diced garlic
    1 teaspoon diced onion
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    Salt, to taste
