Excellent. - Edit
I loved this place so much. The menu was not massive which was nice and most of their items are on bread or a bread form which I love. We ordered the reuben toastie which was delicious and the florentine which was also delicious. The drink menu was good. I settled for a red velvet latte because I could not decide between the matcha options. My next visit will be to have one of each of the rose, lavender and vanilla matcha lattes.
Read moreThen we also had cake. The strawberry with vanilla was delicious and then there was a chocolate sponge with blackberry and earl grey and oh my, it was unreal.
I cannot wait to visit here again. I wish I had found it earlier in my travels in this area because I would visit a lot more.
Staff were very nice and friendly.

Tasty and beautifully presented food - Edit
Lots of choices of mains, puddings, and drinks on the menu. Tasty, good value, and beautifully presented food. Anything containing sauerkraut, gherkins, or anything else pickled always wins. What was humbly called "banana cake" on the menu wad rather more than just the slice of cake - and the cake was served wonderfully oven-fresh warm. The rose latte was so nice that I had a 2nd one to take out, when I left. Lovely friendly staff and efficient service. Will definitely be returning here.

Good quality cafe - Edit
Apart from baked goods it is mostly things on toast, but very imaginative and healthy- you don’t see labneh often on a cafe menu- and very well executed. They name their bakery source which is a nice touch.

Amazing - Edit
Came here for coffee and cake. Had a mocha and white hot chocolate with 2 slices of cake. It’s the best cake I’ve eaten in a while. One was pistachio and other was gingerbread with Biscoff and cherry. Can’t wait to come back from breakfast / brunch

Beautiful food, lovely setting - Edit
The best coffee I've had for a long time followed by sourdough Florentine. Yum! Quick, stylish, friendly, tasty. It's a pleasure to come to this wee independent vegan café in the heart of Dunfermline, we'll be back!

Very tasty, nice place - Edit
The food was very good although 12.50 pound for a sandwich is expensive enough. It‘s all bread menus, not too healthy but freshly made with good taste.

Great space and friendly welcome. - Edit
Huge windows let’s the light flood in really enhancing the scandi look of the place with all the colour coming from masses of plants. Great menu. It was good to see the creamy mushrooms on sourdough toast was just the one slice. I’ve been places where it’s two slices and it’s just way too much for me so I was really pleased with this chunky one slice portion.

The best cake - Edit
I got the Florentine as well as the apple pie smoothie both were very good but what I was most impressed with was the cakes here. The chocolate caramel and the lemon raspberry are seriously some of the best cakes I've ever had!

Light and airy cafe, friendly people and actual vegan food choice! - Edit
How amazing to find an all vegan place to eat in Dunfermline! I visited a couple of times while working up there and found the staff to be warm and friendly and the atmosphere was calming. The menu was brilliant. I tend to veer away from copies of meat dishes so this was perfect. I had the Buddha bowl on the first visit and broccoli and spinach soup (OMGoodness!) on the next and both were delicious. The selection of cakes was great too...and the white hot chocolate!

Vegan Cafe in Dunfermline? Don't mind if I do... - Edit
The best praise I can give 269 Vegan is that my 8 year old son who was demanding Greg's now wants to come back for tea! 😂 Decent range of options, and the Sushi bowl I had was really tasty. Great to see a place like this in Dunfermline- will definitely be back! 😁
