I love how there were 3 vegan options, with three different vegan proteins. It was very heavy on the pork which I know a lot of people rate but unfortunately I don’t. There was also no substitution for the pate/mayo, so the main flavour of the Banh mi was the pork.

This review sounds a lot more negative than I meant it to, I did enjoy the Banh me, it just wasn’t amazing.

Remarkably efficient banh mi assembly during lunch time rush! They have three vegan banh mi options of tofu, BBQ pork and lemongrass chicken, though they omit rather than substitute the pâté and mayo compared to other places. Crispy crust, soft fluffy inside bread rolls.

I got the vegan lemongrass chicken roll for lunch in a hurry. I couldn't believe how quickly I was served. Fresh baguette with crisp salads. Some vegan mayo would be nice. The carrot and daikon could've tasted more "pickled" for me, and the protein could've been a bit chewier. I couldn't taste the lemongrass and chilli much either, tbh, so maybe my taste and smell hasn't fully returned after having COVID recently. I'd give them another try but I think for $12 there are better banh mi around.

This place can get very busy during lunch when there are many office workers getting take away. There is some seating outside. There are three vegan options: beancurd salad roll, vegan BBQ pork salad roll and vegan lemongrass chicken salad roll. When you order, you are asked how much chilli you want. The rolls are prepared very quickly. The rolls are quite fresh and tasty and reasonably priced.

I was craving a fresh vegan sandwich and this totally fit the bill. I tried the vegan bbq based on previous recommendations and it was delicious! The bread was super along with fresh veggies and herbs! I enjoyed eating it sitting outside in a pleasant tree-lined courtyard

I have been searching for a real vegan Bahn Mi in the city and this place has just opened. Did not disappoint.
