So Tasty and cosy💚

Loved this place and came here twice 😍 yummy food, nice atmosphere with an activist touch, super nice and friendly owner. One of the best food we had in South Korea. Don’t miss it!

Must visit during your Jeju trip

By far the best vegan restaurant I have been to in all of South Korea. Too bad it’s all the way in Jeju but this just means I’ll have to visit Jeju more often. The owner is really kind and the menu is amazing. They have inventory for sale as well. Definitely recommend this place. Parking can be a problem so please confirm with the owner first about where to park your car.

🤩

Cute homely restaurant, with some vegan products for sale.

We ordered the special of the day (tuna melt) and a chicken curry. Both of our meals were delicious, and the portion sizes better than expected.

✨🌱✨

The heart of Vegan restaurants in Jeju. Owner and their food are top notch. Definitely a vanguard what comes to availability of vegan food here in Jeju. You can expect the high level hospitality and great tasting options in main dishes as well as desserts. You can also find a little shop with vegan goods (for example vegan cheese, vegan beef jerky etc.) when you step by. Worth of visiting ❤️‍🔥

Pros: Taste, Portion size, Ingredients

Okay

(中文版下面)
Upon entering, I looked around for a while before the staff was willing to come over greet me (seems it interrupted lunch time). The dishes all had very spicy chili added, and other than the barbecue burger(bulgogi burger) they were not great. But honestly, that barbecue burger quite impressive. Another staff member came later was more friendly and polite. The whole restaurant has a very vegan vibe and is quite unique, just like the impression given by the first staff member.
They have a refrigerator selling some vegan cheese and drinks.
This restaurant is the lowest-rated among the six vegan restaurants I visited in this Jeju trip. However, it's strange that this is the only restaurant that was full when we dined, and also the one with more than one staff member.

Pros: Vegan vibe

Cons: Indifferent waitress , Too many chili

Surprisingly broad variety!

Another great place on Jeju Island.

Did not expect such a great variety of choice.

Cafe, Smoothie, Wraps, Bowls and Desserts.

Had the pulled wrap which was 10/10. Savory and refreshing at the same time! Yum!

Interior is nice like at somebodys home with lots of information regarding veganism and cooking books. Surely the kind owner is inspired by those.

Really great place on Jeju Island when craving good vegan stuff!!

Total recommendation!!

Pros: Taste, Unique interior

Delicious

Delicious food - we had the wrap, soup and salad. Which left us stuffed and happy. We also had a great cup of coffee. Super friendly staff, cute location and lots of food option to choose from. If you want the afternoon tea option you need to make a reservation. We will try that next time.

Pros: Food, Location

Cool cafe vibes

I wish I could have come back and eaten a second time! The desserts in the case looked amazing and I was bummed that I did not get to try any. I love that the cafe owner shares her activist support for Jeju Dolphins and sea life, as well as tries to minimize waste by not offering one-use plastics like plastic straws or disposable utensils. For drinks, there was a great array of kombucha and other healthy drinks available in the fridge section which was nice to pick from on a warmer day. The parking for this cafe is street parking on the side street (do as the locals do and get close to the walls and tuck those mirrors in). There are restrooms available in the back.

For dine in, I ordered the katsu curry which was super yummy - it came with a side of rice and slaw. For takeout, I got the bulgogi salad as takeout for dinner and that was super yummy. The kogi/ "meat" was really tasty and flavorful.

The owner speaks really good English. I try my best with Korean when ordering, but I am only capable of a basic level right now, so she was very helpful to respond in English to me when I was ordering.

All good

Nice selection of vegan food: burgers, bowls, soups, shawarmas, bites and desserts. Big selection of drinks.
Burgers were nice, however tempeh could have more taste, and burgers could have less onions. The soup and Earl Gray cake were great.

Cons: The smell of an old furniture , Too much onions

Excellent food and atmosphere

I’ve eaten a tempo wrap, it was delicious and an oat latte that was perfectly as well.

Place is cozy and looks like a grandma home.

Highly recommend.

Fully Vegan, Plant-Based Substitutes

Popular fully vegan cafe near Hallim Park (10-15min bus ride, 30min walk) in Western Jeju. Western-style menu featuring modern plant-based substitutes like Unlimeat beef and Wemeet chicken in the savoury dishes, as well as cakes and desserts. Strong ethical and environmental activism / advocacy in the interior and exterior decor. There was a retail section albeit with a slightly sparse selection.

Ok... I may have to give it a second try

Our party arrived at 6pm, not realising the restaurant closes at 7pm. Our fault. I had the bulgogi burger. The quantity of 'meat' was generous, but a bit tough, and the burger filling a bit minimal: just lettuce leaves, onion rings and tomato. The bun was ok. I like the fact they sold vegan cheese and the cakes looked good, although I didn't try them. They serve lovely Magpie beer from a local brewery. The staff were very pleasant and speak English. So for this first time, a 3 out of 5, but I will try to visit again, arrive a bit earlier, and try their daily special.

Best bulgogi burgers anywhere

Went back twice in the past month, and the bulgogi burgers were as amazing as ever. The fried seitan balls were delicious too. I took out a big salad with chicken to eat the next day, and it was FANTASTIC. The cakes were great too.

2018:
Our group of four tried the burgers, veggie sandwich, onion & potato pie, country vegetable soup, and a bunch of desserts. The soup was amazing--definitely our favorite dish. The consensus among our group was that the burgers weren't super burger-y; more like soft lentil patties. They were tasty though! We got a bunch of desserts to go, including the apple crumble (eight thumbs up!), chocolate-crispies (yum), and "flapjack" (more of a cross between an oat bar and rice crispy treat).

Cozy and delicious

Cute and cozy vegan restaurant full of antique furnitures. The soup of the day, potato-mushroom cream with delicious olive oil was out of this world. Sandwiches with tempeh-mayo filling and soft fresh bread were perfect. I also order masala chai on oatly milk. If I knew this place earlier in the trip I would come here everyday. The owners were really nice and spoke English.

Pros: Delicious food , Cozy interior , Also serves dessert

A must visit in Jeju

The cakes are better than most cakes you’ll find in Korea (including non vegan cakes). I would recommend the lasagna for a meal. It was one of the best lasagnas I’ve had anywhere. Location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the two major cities, and you get to enjoy the scenic route on the way.

Came back after 5 yrs.. bulgogi burger is also better than most real meat bulgogi burgers I had growing up in Korea.

So good vegan food

The cakes are amazing ! And the salad bowl is tasty and so fresh. Also the golden milk 😍. The owner went outside in her garden an pick some fresh rosemary and peppermint. Ahhh sooo good

Come to the restaurant and have a try. The atmosphere in the restaurant remind me a bit like a Leipzig (city in Germany). It feels like home (I come from another part in Germany). The owner is so nice and helpful. She gave a really good Tipps and we had a good conversation ♥️

Pros: The foooooood (chocolate cake), The atmosphere , The garden with a lot of peppermint and rosemary

Good home cooked meal

Ate a nice warm meal that tasted like it had been prepared thoughtfully, but didn’t feel like it was quite at the level we were hoping for.

Great food

We had a vegan Burger and a wrap and both were delicious and fresh. The meals are big and filling and the vegan cheese sauce was great.
We had read some wrong opening hours so we came a bit late, but the owner was super friendly and let us stay a bit longer to finish our meal although they normally would have closed.

Pros: Great food, Friendly service

friendly space

(2019?) there were so many things on the menu and i wish i could have tried them all. i want to go back again and try what i didn’t get to before. i really love the painting outside the restaurant and the decor inside. it’s a great place to go for a relaxing vibe and great meal.

edit 2022: returned here and still would give it just 4 stars. both times i think i kind of got the wrong menu to judge the restaurant upon, but this time the soup i got was really really good. the wrap was just so so because i realized they don’t make the chicken in house, they just use wemeet. i should have gotten the tempeh option. but it was still good! they use a similar coleslaw thing with most of the dishes i think. the cakes looked good but i didn’t get any this time. they have groceries for sale now including vegan kimchi, cheese, and frozen goods.
