The tastiest sweets in Kyiv 💘 - Edit
This is my favourite place in Kyiv 🥰 I often visit it if I'm on Podil. Their cakes, macaroons, walnuts cookies with сondensed milk and "kashtan" - an analog of Kyiv cake are my favorites. This is nice place if you want to spend time with non-vegan friends, I promise they will love it, like my boyfriend does, also my mom can't believe that macaroons done without eggs whites ❣️

Great Atmosphere and Food - Edit
It's a really cool Cafe, that's gets you feeling like a secret agent, complete with a pass code for getting in (easily found on their Instagram). Their pizza and cheese sandwich were excellent, but their macaroons left something to be desired. It's also really nice that you can order a whole wheat crust. Unique experience!

I am a regular customer of this place. Delicious cakes that you can try in a cafe with a cup of tea or order home for your birthday. The staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. This year we tried their easter cake for the first time and it surpassed all expectations, so tasty!

Oreo cake and macaron easily made up for one mediocre experience - Edit
UPDATE: Came back to give this place another shot and ordered the Oreo cake. It’s fantastic! Also had a macaron which was excellent as well. I think my previous visit was just a one-off bad experience, so I’ve updated my rating accordingly. I’ll be back again to try more of the menu!
Read moreDropped by here the other day and had the chocolate cinnamon bun and wasn’t thrilled. Chocolate topping wasn’t my favorite, and the cinnamon roll itself was kind of dry and crumbly. A fresh-baked Trader Joe’s vegan cinnamon bun is worlds better.
Atmosphere was nice and there was a large assortment of other options, so I wouldn’t be opposed to trying it again sometime, though.

If I ever in Podil, can’t resist visit B12 for a piece of cake. All the cakes are amazing, they also make custom cakes: we ordered one for our wedding, turned out amazing.

Best vegan desserts in Kyiv - Edit
I love this place for its delicious desserts and good staff. I always order cakes and cupcakes for birthdays here and they’ve never let me down. All my non-vegan friend love their desserts and always ask me to bring some.
Read moreI only order food for take out, because sitting area and kitchen are not separated by a legit wall. You can hear all noises from blenders, microwaves, coffee machines, etc.
I recommend:
- caramel and berry cupcakes
- oreo cake
- cactus de cereza
- marshmallows
- caramel ice cream
- red velvet
- Cinnabon
- matcha latte cake
Would not recommend:
- chocolate cupcake
- oreo/snickers latte
- smoothies
*in last two they add full-fat coconut milk (~22% fat). Once, we ordered those drinks with my bf and by the time we got home our stomachs started acing. I suppose it was from all that cold fat we drank in a smoothie and a latte.
So if you want some milk in your drink, just go for an almond, soy or hemp.

The oreo cake is definitely worth trying. The cinnamon buns too. It may be a bit difficult to find as you have to press a code in order to get inside, but it is all explained on a sign, so don’t worry about that. You will get in. It’s easy.

I am totally obsessed with their vegan cinnamon buns, they are sooo delicious! You can get them with chocolate or without. Those with chocolate are a bit more juice, but the chocolate doesn't take over, it still feels like a cinnamon bun. Have also tried their snickers bar and brownie, they were also super tasty. Recommend this cafe 100%.

Discovered this place couple years ago and in love with them ever since. My soul wounds healer is mocco cake and pina colada coconut milk milkshake from recent menu. Also they had chocolate cherry cake, which I still miss, but it was seasonal position. You have to go there by any means and die of happiness.

The blue door - Edit
The café can be a little bit difficult to find, and you feel like you're heading down to a dungeon. But once you get down the stairs an enter the cafe is really cozy café with a combined bakery. We tried the toasts, shakes with mango and vanilla and the chocolate and blueberry cake. It was all delicious, a true hidden gem!
