Some great vegan options - Edit
We were spoiled for choice for vegan options at Backstube. Everything is clearly labelled and there are sweet and savoury options. You can also grab a filled roll for later.

Nice café with vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
Backstube is a chain of cafes across Norway with clearly marked vegetarian and vegan options. There are soups, breads, salads, pastries, cold drinks and coffees available. We picked up a vegan cronut and vegan chia pudding with mango.
