Small handcraft bakery

This bakery is one of the last traditional bakeries in Braunschweig run by a very friendly family. Everything is handmade in small amounts. Buns with seeds are one of the best buns I have ever bought. There are also many vegan sweet food items.

Opening times change frequently.
