Many vegan options on the menu for lunch - Edit
This is not only a bakery, but also a restaurant. At this moment (june 2025) it's the only restaurant in IJsselstein with several vegan options on the menu.
Read moreLots of choice in vegan bagels. There is also a vegan soup, a vegan toasted sandwich, a few types of vegan pastries. And they are all very delicious!
A vegan high tea is also possible on request.
The restaurant is only open during the day (9.00 - 17.00), unfortunately not in the evening.
The owner and staff are very nice!

Cons: Not entirely vegan, No whole wheat bagels, Most pastries contain milk or egg
