A few vegan options

This restaurant is very touristy. Food is nothing special but vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. I took normal margaretha pizza but switched the cheese to vegan cheese instead. Vegan pizza on the menu sounded weird…
Food was okay but nothing too special wouldn’t come again 😅 this time we were just very hungry and for that reason chose this restaurant.

Cons: Tasteless , Expensive , Loud music

Good location with a large terrace

Had a tofu pizza, which was pretty good. Only 3 vegan main options though, otherwise would have given 4 stars.

Vegan Caesar

Tried the Vegan Caesar Salad and the sauce was _HEAVEN ON EARTH_

When ordering a salad, DO NOT FORGET TO SAY YOU WANT TOFU ALSO IN IT like i did 🤦🏼‍♀️

Without tofu there is cherry tomatoes, salad, sauce and nutritional yease on top. Tasted so good, mut missed the tofu.

Pros: Sauce was 6/5, Lovely environment

Cons: Ordering ”Vegan Caesar”, doesn’t have tofu, Could’ve been bigger portions but was okay

Nice place!

The resturant is in a pretty busy area. The portions were pretty small according to me but really good! Perfect place for lunch!

Disappointing

Our visit was a bit disappointing, since the service was so poor. Each course took really long to serve, and the waiter forgot one of my orders and I waited 30 mins for dessert until I asked again. At least they offered me a free coffee to apologize, and the chocolate cake was delicious. Additionally, the main dish (spinage ravioli), though tasty, had a super small portion size (like five bites), and I was still quite hungry afterwards. THat being said, I loved how clearly marked vegan dishes were on the menu, and they offered lots of options.

Pros: Great menu, Delicious desert, Coffee on the house to apologize for mistake

Cons: Poor service, Small portions

Variety of vegan options

This is a spacious restaurant on Coca Cola plaza with vegan options in every section of the menu including dessert. Nice cocktails too! Great if you are dining with non-vegans as something for everyone. I enjoyed the pumpkin soup and Portobello 'burger'.

pricy, but good vegan options

I usually prefer vegan-only places but this is at convenient location for me so I sometimes go there. The vegan wrap is my favorite - very juicy! Veg chocolate cake is good too.

Pros: separate vegan menu, nice service

Cons: a bit pricy, sometimes the cake is sold out :|

pizza with vegan cheese & pepperoni

We tried one of each of their vegan pizzas. They came loaded with melted vegan cheese but were pretty sparse on the the sundried tomato and mushrooms on mine. My boyfriend’s had vegan pepperoni. Overall pretty tasty - nice crispy base and big portions. We probably could’ve shared one pizza between us. The waitress was very friendly and efficient.

Pros: decent vegan selection, clearly labelled, nice setting, friendly staff

Mediocre pricy food

I went to try out their new vegan menu. The dishes were pricy and the food had a strange, bitter side taste. The burger was too mushy, almost runny. Also, a few items on the vegan menu had run out.
A bad first visit.

Pros: A vegan menu., Coctails.

Cons: Pricy., Bad food., Slow service.

Taking your money and rubbing salt on the wound

Had lunch in Basiilik with the four of us on the first Thursday of 2018. They actually have two locations, one in Hobujaama and the other in Sikupilli, and this review is based on our visit to Hobujaama (Coca Cola Plaza) Basiilik, located conveniently in the heart of the city. I have always liked the interior design with tables on different levels, huge plants and dimmed lights making the atmosphere cosy. Background noise coming from the cinema upstairs is inevitable and does not even disturb me. What does disturb me, however, is the bad quality of the service. Bad, or... nonexistent? Although there was a bunch of waiters and waitresses at the counter, there was no one to bring us the menus or take our order, so I had to walk up to the counter twice, first to pick up the menus and second time to announce them our selection. The same with cleaning up the tables -- performed completely randomly.
Our mixed company ordered two dishes from the main menu and two dishes from the special vegan menu: beetroot falafels and portobello burgers. We really looked forward to tasting those, and if one ignores the smudges left in the kitchen while giving the final touch to the garnish, the food looked good, and was full of flavours. I was glad to discover that they hadn't simply put up a vegan menu and left it as such, but had developed the recipes further after the first time I visited a month before. However, the whole deal literally left a bad taste in our mouths when after a few bites all of us understood that the food was way too salty. No service, but overwhelming action in the kitchen make me doubt if visiting this restaurant is worth the price of their dishes (vegan mains around 9€). The cherry on the cake is found on the café side of the restaurant: the filthiest toilet in Tallinn.

Pros: special vegan menu, good location

Cons: pricey, salty food, slow service
