Beautiful place, few vegan options - Edit
Restaurant is wonderful, there are quite a few vegan options even though there could be more. NO vegan dessert, that's why I'm giving only 3 stars

Nice discovery but staff weren't certain about the vegan dishes - Edit
They list some vegan starters, salads and bowls to which you can add Heura pb chicken as protein
Read moreJust a few dishes are labelled as vegan and unfortunately staff weren't certain about the ones suitable for vegans. Then I found out there's an allergen form in their website which lets you select the suitable allergens (dairy, eggs, fish, etc.), and the on-line menu will list only the suitable dishes for vegans.
BTW it's one of the trendiest restaurants these days in Valencia, with a very instagrammable décor.
Pros: tasty dishes, big servings, fairly priced, nice décor
Cons: not all vegan dishes are labelled in the menu, staff weren't knowledgeable about the vegan dishes
