I really like the concept of BeGreen. You have the choice between salads, bowls and wraps. As a base, I chose the hot quinoa. Unfortunatly, the quinoa wasn’t hot. The mango, carrots and tomatoes we’re tasty. Such as the cauliflower-curry. The broccoli wasn’t cooked, which didn’t taste good. I regret choosing the salad because the wraps and bowls I saw other people eating, looked way better… I also wasn’t satisfied after eating the salad, so I ordered the vegan brownie. Luckily, this one was INCREDIBLE! Crispy but creamy, really yummy!

Be green me encanta y soy asidua desde que abrió en su local anterior. No es 100% vegano ni vegetariano pero tiene muchas opciones (incluida hamburguesa vegana). Comida saludable (ensaladas, pasta, wraps...) y bastante eco.

A great salad bar with a few vegan set options, also the possibility to build your own bowl, salad or wrap. We opted for the “beVegan” salad which had vermicelli noodles, marinated tofu, sugar snaps and miso sauce. A bit too oily, otherwise really good and filling! Combined with a kombucha the price came to 9,40 per person. The girl working behind the counter was really awesome and made every costumer smile!

Food is healthy and delicious. Vegan dishes are clearly labeled. Delicious fresh juices (I tried the beetroot + ginger + orage juice and it was awesome). It's inexpensive, however you don't get a lot of food for what you pay because servings are definitely scarce.

I was searching for a place to eat something quick, and I find this restaurant on Happy Cow. All vegan choices are marked on the list, you can choose between salads, wraps and burgers, you can choose a menu and they also have vegan dessert choices. Everything can be modified, for example you can compose your salad or you can add extra avocado or hummus. I had a veggie burger of quinoa and spinach, with a barley bun and a lemon "veganese" topping and a slice of carrot and almond vegan cake. Furthermore they open early, I could have lunch at 13.30 that is quite unusual in Valencia!

Friendly staff and opens quite early . Was quiet in the mornings and has quite a few seats inside. There was quite a queue at lunchtime though. But a good option for breakfast or an early lunch (which is pretty hard to find in Valencia, most places only opened at 1or 1.30 for lunch). Staff were friendly. We only had hot drinks, but they had a big array of salad options and quite a few options to choose.
