i just enjoyed a pizza Mediterranea. The bread was crispy and all in all it was a good pizza. But the restaurant only has two veganske pizzas to choose from, which is why it will be three instead of four stars

Read morenice place but you can find much cheaper pizza. Everything is good here though. Im curious about the other dough types but they only had the standard one when I was there.
I had a ‘veganuary’ version with beet, it was interesting and cool that they make the effort.

Love their artisanal pizza! I tried the one made with hydrolysis of starch (no added yeast, based on the process of self-fermentation of broken wheat).
