Thoroughly enjoyed - Edit
Had the rice cakes to start and kimchi fried rice for my main. They were both amazing, great flavours and generous portions.

Loved the soup! - Edit
I had Sundubu jjigae(soft tofu soup) that comes with a bowl of rice and also the Yachae dupbap(veg rice bowl). The tofu soup was REALLY GOOD and authentic while the rice bowl was a little too sweet and very Japanese.

I had a side of kimchi as well which was good.
The main was okay but I wouldn’t rush back. Overall it was dry and the side of ketchup? What was that about? The tofu felt was way over cooked.
Staff were nice but not as nice as Stereo which is 800 yards away.

Delicious Korean food - Edit
I do like it here, but I prefer their new sister restaurant in Partick. This place won't take reservations so you have to try your luck in whether you'll get a table, and they never play K-pop despite being a Korean restaurant. The one in Partick does, and they take reservations. They also have two different types of pancake on their vegan menu. Otherwise if you're in the city centre and looking for cuisine a bit different from burgers and pizza I'd recommend checking this place out. Portion sizes are good.

Great food! - Edit
I was worried about the authenticity but the flavors were great. I recommend the japchae!

One of the better places in the centre - Edit
The best places for vegan food in Glasgow are arguably in the suburbs and not in the centre, but this here is a good option if you need something close to Central station. Nice and fresh food, some vegan options, and the prices are okay given the location.

Good food, decent vegan options and great staff - Edit
There is a massive choice of vegan food in Glasgow but the burgers, hot dogs, curries etc can get a little tiring. That why Bibimbap is such a nice change. It serves meat but there are quite a few vegan options for both starters and mains and the staff are aware of veganism. The food itself is really tasty, potions are big and it's right in the middle of Glasgow.

Cons: Not fully veggie or vegan, Not much space in restaurant

excellent vegan menu - Edit
Really NYC style venue with an excellent vegan menu. I had the bibimbap, rice cakes and onion pancakes as well as vegetable dumplings to start. Seriously over ordered volume wise but boy am I glad to have done it for the myriad of flavours! Delicious!
