Very cool vegan experience - Edit
This is up in the hills, but a fun experience if you’re headed to a winery or want to stay somewhere that’s a total getaway. We went for lunch on our way from Florence to a winery. There’s a pool and beautiful places to relax if you were to stay overnight. I’m not the biggest fan of green beans, but they served green beans on bread as our appetizer, and holy cow…I’d like to try to make that dish myself now. Pretty much everything is grown/made on their property, which is really cool. So you’ll get dishes based on the season. They also make wine, which was delicious. The tagliatelle dish was one of our favorite dishes of our week long visit, and we even bought some tagliatelle to bring home with us (also bought some wine to bring home as well). They are extremely accommodating to vegan and vegetarian requests.

In questo bio agriturismo immerso nel verde delle colline toscane su prenotazione preparano un menù fisso vegano. Per noi avevano preparato: bruschetta al pomodoro, al cavolo nero e ai peperoni, verza in padella, fusilli con verdure, polpette di miglio con maionese vegana, macedonia con panna vegana. Tutto buonissimo e il posto è davvero bellissimo!
