Dinner at Bistro Esencia is a fulfilling experience. Their 5 course tasting menu 'Revolution' is vegetarian and easily adaptable to a fully plant based delight, with only two minor and delicious modifications. When booking on their website, I mentioned that my friend and I are vegan and their prompt response confidently stated "no problem". Indeed, the team is knowledgeable, kindly explaining us what substitutions they were about to make. Each dish was an enjoyable thrill both for the palate and the eyes, with ingeniously surprising flavour combinations. The service was genuinely warmhearted and very professional. I liked the small, intimate setting and can only recommend this venue. If the app let me, I'd give 5 stars. I don't drink alcohol, but saw that vegan wines were available, too.
