Vegetarian and vegan options can be hard to find in Palma. La nueva burguesa offers lots of suitable and tasty options. The team we're great at answering our questions and making us feel comfortable. They even confirmed that the halloumi was vegetarian and made with non animal rennet

A very tasty vegan Burger, very friendly staff and the ketchup is incredibly fresh and self made. The interior design is also very cutesy and beautiful. I would really recommend! Like really, really. Go there, you will be happy, my fellow vegans in Mallorca.

Both vegan burgers are flavourful and filling with fresh and rich ingredients as well as nice sauces. The vegan cole slaw however was tasteless and the sweet potato fries sloppy. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the interior cute and cosy. I wouldn’t return though on a Friday night, as the ambiance was extremely busy and unpleasantly loud.
