Fully vegan bistro in the heart of Copenhagen. Serves lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Menu changes quarterly, but usually there is pasta, bowls, traditional smørrebrød and burgers on the menu along with other options. Open Mon-Fri 12:00-21:00, Sat-Sun 10:00-21:00. Breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays from 10-11:45am only.

Best food I’ve ever had with great ambiance and kind staff. Went twice when in Copenhagen. Once for breakfast where I got the tofu scramble on toast with an americano and danish. All of it was amazing! Went back for an apérol spritz, pasta carbonara, and tiramisu. All vegan and divine! Must visit!

Our waiter was really nice and the food was really delicious! We’ve been there twice. The second time we sat outside in the rain (we chose to sit outside. They have tables inside) - under cover (🇩🇰 stor markise) and with heating on! It was so cozy. We really enjoyed our meal both times

Bistro Verde has a really lovely atmosphere and the menu is incredibly creative and yummy. Everything from the pastries to the main dishes were fresh and delicious.

We absolutely enjoyed our vegan meals. The BV is highly recommended! We ordered spaghetti carbonara, double trouble burgers, french fries with mixed salad, tiramisu, chocolade nut brownie and cheese cake.

Fab cafe, seats outside and a huge menu of all vegan options. I had the cheese burger and it was massive, filling and epic. Someone else at the table had the spaghetti carbonara which was also next level, creamy and perfect. Lovely staff and great location if walking back from the Little Mermaid statue or just along the waterfront. We might eat here everyday on our holiday!

This was my first stop in Copenhagen. I came over twice. First time it was still the brunch/breakfast menu. Had the chickpeas omelette with veg and guacamole which was very good.
Read moreSecond time I came for dinner and unfortunately most of the items I wanted to try were not available (everything with the salmon😒) instead I had the panini and Caesar salad, both good but slightly overpriced for what it was. Good homemade lemonade.
If I was staying longer I’d likely come back to try the salmon dishes and open sandwiches😄

Damnnn, not super cheap but super worth it. Everything we tasted was amazing, the BLT, the steak, the flødeboller, the danish and the coffee. And the employees are lovely. Am now thinking of moving to Copenhagen.

Their breakfast menu is small but mighty, making you want to try a little bit of everything. For that the best option is the brunch plate, which is very versatile, including sweet and savory, fun and delicious goodies. I also ordered the hot chocolate, which was delightful! I recommend it to anyone in the area.

I went to Copenhagen for a week and ended up eating here almost every day. Traveling as a vegan can be difficult, and this place is amazing, definitely some of the best food I've had in a long time. The brunch plate, carbonara, oyster mushrooms, and tiramisu were my favorites! The buddha bowl was also fantastic and is a good option if you're looking for a protein-filled meal.

Thankful for this place to be around the corner from our hotel. 100% vegan We went for dinner around 7:45pm. Last order to the kitchen is 9pm so get there with plenty of time to order.

Pasta: we’ll prepared, asked for a simple tomato sauce and the chef agreed to prepare it for our daughter who was very hungry and wanted “simple”.
Both salads - Cesar and Summer were excellent. Flavors were on point and had just enough of everything you needed to make your taste buds happy!

Awesome spot, great service and a lovely location. Ordered the Juicy Marbles steak with a white wine reduction and mushrooms and it was excellent! My friend ordered the spaghetti carbonara and enjoyed as well. Great cocktails too! Definitely a nice stop if visiting Copenhagen.
