They likely served me real meat and denied making a mistake

I had the impossible meat burger. I asked the waitress im which combination it would male the whole thing vegan. She ensured me that what I had chosen was vegan. The burger was so convincing that I couldn’t finish it, I asked the kitchen if they were 100% sure that the patty and cheese were vegan. They insisted.
So I took some newly vegan friends to that place few days after. Someone else was serving me and told me that what I wanted to order wasn’t vegan, even if they’d change the meat and the cheese. So I got something else instead and it tasted well, remarkably different. Like a good meat imitation, but nothing like what I had the last time.
They were not friendly when I mentioned their previous misshapp, and just kept insisting that different batches taste different.
So if you are vegan or even vegetarian, I wouldn’t trust this place.

No Impossible burger at the moment. Replacement burger mediocre

I'm looking forward to when they get the Impossible burger again - I've never had it yet - but the bean burger they're currently serving is mediocre - why didn't they go with beyond meat or green mountain? Their fries were decent, though, otherwise this would have been a two star review. Note that there are not reservations and back when they had the Impossible burger there were queues to get in.

Impossible burger

UPDATE OCTOBER 2021
They are having supply problems and don't serve the Impossible Burger at the moment.

----------

You can substitute every beef burger patty with an impossible patty (plant based). It is the first (and so far only) restaurant in Switzerland that seves impossible burger patties. If you haven't had it so far I highly recommend giving it a try. It looks and feels so close to meat that I first thought that they served me a beefburger by mistake.

Pros: Impossible burger

Cons: Many sauces and some burgerbuns are not vegan
