Wonderful fine dining experience (Michelin ⭐️) - Edit
We visited Bolenius in summer and had a wonderful night out. Bolenius offers a wonderful fine dining experience with their fully vegan “pure plant” menu. Right after you arrive you’ll already get some small bites (not part of the menu) so I would recommend indicating you’re vegan when making the reservation just in case. When we visited it was optional to add their signature dish (beetroot in clay) to the menu, we surely recommend anyone to do the same. If HappyCow allowed me to do so, I would give Bolenius five stars.

Bolenius biedt een volledig plantaardig menu aan. Eerste ervaring in een Michelin restaurant en echt genoten!! Hele fijne sfeer en leuke mensen. En elke gerecht was verbluffend.
