Brilliant Burger - Edit
Another place that I had earmarked as a must visit spot and this one didn’t disappoint. The veggie burger (fully vegan, despite the name) was delicious, but the best thing that I ordered was the vegan coleslaw! I will definitely return here to try other options given the chance.

Great variety of vegan burgers - vegan chicken, cheese, chorizo and etc. Vegan sides too. Very good variety of bread-sandwiches including gluten free. Reasonable price.

Delicious, healthy burgers? - Edit
Bolero have an entire vegan/vegetarian menu that includes 7 vegan burgers. I had three and each was really good. They're marketed as healthy burgers, with their slogan 'You do the gym, we do the food' plastered everywhere, and with pictures of people working-out on the walls. I'm not sure why their burgers are any healthier than elsewhere, but they taste just as nice, and it's really good value. A good place.

Not 1, not 2 - but a few veggie and vegan options here! Quiet location, dog friendly place in the centre of Sofia right next to Vitosha boulevard. Everything is customizable - choose your bun (the gluten free one is vegan), the burger, the sides, types of fries. Prices are good for the amount of food and portions! They also do home delivery.
