Good restaurant downtown Saarbrücken. - Edit
The Brasserie is right in the middle of the city center of Saarbrücken. I like the french style of the interior. The service was good and my Super Salad was tasty, but a bit small. All in all i would recommend the Brasserie.

Vegan options are clearly labelled and include a fair range of various meal types. I truly enjoyed my big salad which came beautifully arranged but wouldn´t have the additional falafel again because there were mainly crispy parts only. Vegan milk comes with a surcharge and €4.90 for a hot chocolate isn´t excactly cheap. I really like the elegant and yet cosy interior design. Not all of the staff may know what a vegan hot chocolate is or may differ with their statements about vegan cake, but they are very customer-friendly and attentive. Guests who only want to enjoy a drink are welcome as well. All in all a clear recommendation!
