Used to be our favourite spot in Mendoza, but... - Edit
Bruselas will always hold a special place in our hearts đ because it was the #1 spot for us to dine when we visited Mendoza in the summer months. At Bruselas, the dishes were tasty and innovative, with ingredients paired that you wouldn't usually expect to see on the menu at a restaurant that doesn't necessarily specialise in vegan or veggie food. BUT...one thing to know is that if you go here in the winter months you will NOT have the same incredible experience you get in the warmer months.
Recently, not only did we find that the restaurant always didn't have main ingredients for some of their vegan dishes on hand, this was a recurring problem, and so on this occasion we had to make do with incredibly boring, tasteless and lacklustre meals. Not only that, but the vibe that we fell in love with just wasn't there. The service was terrible with staff more concerned with having their own personal conversations, and paying very little attention to diners. We had to flag down servers many times just to have our order taken, get our drinks, and we waited an age for our meals to be served, AND we were seated inside.
When my tasteless humous wrap arrived đŻ and I struggled to eat it, my boyfriend asked if they could add some cooked red onions to the wrap to give it some flavour and they obliged but put them on a side dish, and I had to find a way to unwrap and re-wrap it at our tiny table, which just didn't make any sense.
On receiving our bill, we had a 10% discount applied because the manager was aware we were unhappy with our meal (again), but she then claimed they had to add 10% back onto the bill for card payments, which wasn't a thing when we'd visited before or the previous day.
I've worked in popular London vegan restaurants, kitchens and in service for decades. My criticisms come from expecting better. The inconsistency in the service you receive from one season to the next, sadly makes it seem like a completely different restaurant for half of the year. Our experience at Pez Globo was 10x better âčïž
Pros: Summer menu is fantastic and service top-notch, The cocktails are always incredible!
Cons: REALLY poor service in autumn and winter months, Very few good vegan options (outside of summer), Seem to have a supply issue for main ingredients

Some vegan options to choose from, all of them really creative and healthy. I tried the tofu bowl and it was fantastic, it has a variety of grilled veggies, nuts, salad and crispy quinoa and also a vegan cheese they make (probably made from carrots). They also gave us complimentary vegan focaccia with the same cheese to share, really nice.

Absolute winner - Edit
Very clear which dishes are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Such a nice restaurant, every veggie / vegan should come here if you're up for a little bit fancy but absolutely delicious food.
