Delicious & great service! - Edit
I had truffle chips with vegan pecorino, a vegan pecorino pasta with seitan, and pistachio cheesecake. Our waitress was awesome and she called the pasta dish “shake shake” and brought it out in an alcohol shaker before putting it on the plate. I wish i took a video lol. A little pricey but food/service were great and the place was very cute. Highly recommend!

Una cucina e un servizio di qualità - Edit
Jasmine ci ha offerto un servizio ottimo in un luogo molto cosy . I piatti sono di qualità. I prezzi un po’ alti ma giustificati dalla qualità .

Fun and tasty evening - Edit
With a complete vegan menu, we could enjoy many different dishes with seasonal and super tasty ingredients. Been there on Friday, when they have the Caciaraoke: eating, singing and mingling in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The place is also very beautiful.

Vegan menu in colourful restaurant - Edit
We came here in a last minute reservation for dinner in august and we are glad that we did!
Read moreThe atmosphere and the decor in the restaurant are excellent. Both are very colourful!
The staff are friendly and attentive, they fully understood our dietary requirements.
This is not a vegan restaurant but there is a dedicated vegan menu that the staff is aware of and knows well. The sides are even adapted for vegans.
We were greeted with a complimentary cocktail, which is always welcome. We shared two pasta dishes, both of which were excellent. One was a vegan take on a carbonara and the other was a ‘cheesy’ sauce. We shared a main which was a seitan escalope and a couple of side dishes (highly recommended the aubergine side). We also had a bottle of wine and espresso to finish.
Pros: Separate vegan menu

Very good! Except for the wallet - Edit
The restaurant has a completely separate completely vegan menu, which is great. Service is amazing with free welcome bites and cocktails, and the food tastes very good, with classics and interesting surprises both present on the menu.
Read moreHowever. Caciara is pretty expensive! €4 service charge per person, meals all exceeding €20 and alcoholic drinks starting at €8 a glass. At the end of the day, it was not worth the money for us, but I can definitely imagine it's a great place if you're less worried about your personal finances.
Pros: Service!, Interesting ingredients
Cons: Cost

A whole vegan menu - Edit
The restaurant has an omnivore menu and a vegan menu, and also many gluten free options.
Read moreThe vegan menu is rich and interesting (I'm a bit sick of biological/healty/natural vegan cuisine, if I go out for dinner I prefer something tasty and not necessarly healty).
I had fried zucchini flowers filled with vegan mozzarella and vegan sausage as apetizer and a beetroot risotto with vegan gorgonzola and walnuts.
The stuff is really kind and obliging (maybe a bit much formal for the place?) and they ask in advance for food allergies and intolerances (super!).
Pros: Menu for everyone (veg, non-veg, GF...), Tasty options and well cooked, Beautiful location

Better than many veggie restaurants in the city - Edit
Kudos to them for creating a full vegan menu! For some reason Milan has very few sit-down veggie restaurants, let alone ones that are actually worth going to. We had dinner here with some omni friends the first time, then came back again to try different things on the menu. The food was very good. I especially liked the mezzemaniche with pecorino sauce and seitan. They brought it out in a shaker and served it at tablside. The service was good and the vibes were a little quirky but fun. Not cheap even with the amuse-bouche and welcome drinks, but worth it if you want some quality veganized Italian food.

Amazing food - Edit
Caciara has a great vegan menu and gluten free options too! My partner has many food intolerances so it was nice to have well labeled menu as well as a vegan menu! Service was average. It’s also very expensive. 2 drinks and 2 meals was €70 (roughly $110AUD).

how to veganize italian food - Edit
a funny and pop restaurant with a vegan menu where you can find vegan versions of classic italian dishes. I had a shaked (and served in a shaker) cacio and pepe pasta, tasty and creamy. They welcome you offering an appetizer and an alchoolic shot.

This is a 5 star restaurant - Edit
Caciara was one of our favorites in Milan and a great option for vegan-omnivore couples or groups. The vegan menu was so good my husband ended up ordering the vegan Margherita for him. We had one pizza al padellino as starter (yes, we were that hungry) - it was the Fri-Sausage one, made with beyond meat. It was really good and it was a good portion so that we could've stoped there. As main courses we had a Margherita (as I said, it was my husband's choice) and a rigatoni alla carbonara for me (called Ma Che Ce Frega) - both were amazing. They use a local vegan cheese that's delicious. For dessert (yes again, we got that far) we had i caciaroni which are stripes of fried pasta served with chocolate and pistachio cream for your to dip.

Great food, definitely not cheap though - Edit
The place is very beautiful and stylish, they do a bit of show cooking as they do the final preparation of your pasta in front of you with a moving cart. You definitely pay for this too, because a rather small pasta dish costs 20€. However, the quality is stellar, the food is absolutely delicious and they have a full vegan menu for you to choose from. If you can spend a few bucks more than an average dinner, this place is definitely worth it. The prices are a bit higher but the quality of the food is outstanding.
