Al centro della città di Görlitz c’è questo posto dal sapore e dall’arredamento vintage di buon gusto che offre dolci, salati e bevande calde o fredde, tutto vegan! Accoglienti le sale e uno spazio esterno aperto dove poter mangiare e me apprezzare profumi e sapori di una cucina rispettosa degli animali e dell’ambiente.

Seit Jahren gehe ich immer ins Café Herzstück wenn ich mal wieder in der Stadt bin und ich werde nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist super, mit Liebe zubereitet und zum Großteil vegan, die Einrichtung gemütlich und abwechslungsreich. Die Kuchen sind phänomenal und immer vegan, oft auch glutenfrei. Ein echter Wohlfühlort!

Warm staff and great cake - Edit
I was lucky enough to be there when the refrigerator was freshly filled with cakes. The only sad thing was that I had to make a choice. Anyone with a sweet tooth like me should definitely check out this café, which is run by some absolutely welcoming and heartfelt people.

I absolutely love this place. The food (almost everything is vegan, except for occasional eggs and milk for coffee) is delicious and sooo eye-comforting! Golden glitter and rainbow unicorns are definitely something my PMS called for 😅 The stuff is really really friendly and the place itself comfy and welcoming 💚

This is a must go place in Görlitz. The atmosphere, vintage furniture, cozy lighting and smell of coffee just creates instant relax.
Read moreThe staff is very friendly, the place server fair trade coffee and uses sustainable products. Many of the products are vegan, even if it isn't mentioned on the menu card. Don't be aftraid to ask the staff. I wanted to try pancakes which weren't listed as vegan, the waitress then informed us that they indeed are vegan.
There are vegan milk options: soja, oat and almond.

Ein Besuch im Café Herzstück in der Altstadt ist ein Muss für Alle, die auf der Suche nach frischen, selbst gemachten, veganen Speisen und Getränken sind. Die riesige Auswahl an Kuchen und normalen Gerichten stellt einen zwar erst vor eine schwierige Entscheidung, die aber immer in einem leckeren Genuss endet. Das schöne Ambiente und die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden runden den gesamten Aufenthalt ab, sodass man gerne wiederkommt😄

Ich gehe gerne und regelmäßig ins Cafe Herzstück. Man kann immer zwischen verschiedenen veganen Kuchen wählen und es gibt drei Milchalternativen (Soya, Mandel, Hafer). Sie bieten auch Frühstücke und Mittagessen an. Außerdem lädt das Café durch die liebevolle gemütliche Einrichtung zum verweilen ein😄

Beside cows milk they offer three plantmilks (unfortunately for additional cost, I love the concept of free plantbased drinks and charge extra for cows milk).
The café itself is adorable, with alternative, comfy and arty interior.
The food is lovely prepared, with sprinkles, edible flowers and gold dust. I love it!
We enjoyed our salad with warm curry veggies (9,50€), pancakes with apple sauce (5€), cherry streusel pie with cream (~4,50€) and big coffee (4,40€), as well as a curcuma-latte (4,50€).
My dish could have been a little bigger in size or feature some side bread, but it was perfectly fine in this case, as I had the sweet stuff and big latte as well.
The staff was very friendly, the open kitchen pretty chaotic I have to say (I‘m from gastronomy branch as well, so I maybe am more attentive here), which is a little downer. I know it often is stressful, but I think you should make sure, that places seen by guests should be cared for).
But this is a lovely place I’d definitely visit again!

Das Café ist sehr gemütlich. Personal ist super nett und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Kuchen ist sehr lecker, auch mit außergewöhnlichen Sorten, die man nicht überall findet. Sehr hübsch und ansprechend dekoriert. Herzhaftes gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, aber völlig ausreichend für ein Café. Satt werde ich auf jeden Fall😉
