Yummy take on sushi - Edit
The kitchen is closed from around 2-7. We made reservations for dinner and it was delicious. They had several options for vegan sushi, their take on spring rolls, and a dessert option. The staff were really nice as well.

Vegan options in Porto Vecchio - Edit
It's hard to find vegan options in Corsica; we were lucky to find this restaurant. The host was very accommodating and suggested the "Provencale" pizza with no cheese. We also had the "vegetarien" sushi roll which was vegan, it was excellent! They have a vegetarian stir fry on their menu as well which has egg noddles, but it may be possible to swap for rice to veganize it.
