Cosy cafe with great food and cakes - Edit
We had a reservation for breakfast. We were greeted very friendly by the amazing staff. The menu has everything for a perfect breakfast. We had cake, a wrap, scrambled tofu and the porridge. Everything tasted very good and was served in an appealing way. Drinks came timely and were good.

At last a vegan place with sharp serrated knives for easily cutting through the toasted bread crusts. This really makes a difference when eating loaded toasted bread (which was delicious).
I had the oyster mushrooms on toasted local bread with side salad and B had tomato & vegan mozzarella on toasted local bread
Friendly service. Smart clean toilet area. Lovely ambient music played at the perfect low level.
There are steps to navigate for entry which is down the side of the building where the door on the left is for the cafe and the door on the right is for a yarn shop.

Read morethe culinary focus is on breakfast (all day long) and breads as well as cake i'd say, therefore not the place ro fo for a "real" lunch. i tried the bread with mushrooms which was actually delicious, i recommend.
staff is friendly, tap water (infused) is free and we even got eater for our dog. i will return:)

Most of the food is self and freshly prepared (except vegan cheese alternatives for example), the scrambled tofu was the best I had so far, the ricepaper bacon is exceptionally good! The staff is super friendly and i also like the atmosphere and interior very much!

Read moreWe had wanted to go here for the chili, but was told that there was an update needed at happy cow because they were no longer serving Chili. Not a problem. We ordered the tofu scramble and a delicious Caesar salad topped with a crusted cutlet.
The Caesar salad was perfect! Delicious and flavorful. I thought that the tofu scramble had too much sulfered salt in it (kala namuk), but my companion thought it was fine.

Das V Cake ist eines unserer Lieblingscafés in Dresden, da es eine große Auswahl hat und die Preise wirklich moderat sind. Wenn man nicht gerade zu Stoßzeiten kommt, findet man auch meistens einen Platz zu vermeiden sind Zeiten wie nachmittags oder generell sonntags. Das Frühstück und die verschiedensten Kuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Cafe ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Frühstück für zwei, von dem man sehr gut satt wird. Es besteht aus Obst und Gemüse (Äpfel, Kiwi, Banane, Paprika, Gurke), Rührtofu, veganen Aufstrichen und Sojajoghurt.

My wife and I went here for a quick lunch before catching our train. The train would leave in 90 minutes , giving us more than enough time...or so we thought. After 60 minutes of waiting on our burgers, we realised there was no way we would still be able to eat our meals and make the train (10 minutes walk), so we asked them to make our order to go instead. We barely ended up making the train, and finally got to enjoy our burgers as the train left the station...and damn that was a very very good burger. Like one of the best I can remember....and that was even despite it having cooled down because of the 15 minute delay before I could eat it. I could only imagine how good it would have been if we got to eat them straight from the kitchen.
