Perfect breakfast spot - Edit
This place is great! We ate breakfast here every day. They have vegan croissants - plain or filled with sweet apricot jam (these aren’t labeled but staff know what is vegan) They also had a selection of vegan cakes. Various plant-based options for hot drinks too. Excellent value for money, nice atmosphere and very friendly service.

Seems to be family run, great value quality food. We went here for breakfast two days in a row for the vegetarian breakfast (fruit salad and cappuccino for €6 at time of writing) swapping the milk for soy/almond/oat plus a vegan croissant and fresh orange juice. The total was very reasonable and the staff are so lovely I would definitely return on a future trip to Florence!

Great Caffe! - Edit
We loved our daily visits to the caffè. The owner, Francesca, was warm and so friendly. She memorized our orders and my name and always greeted us with a huge smile. Also, she had different dairy alternatives like soy and oat milks along with vegan bake goods that my friends loved. Although, she sells out fast. Cannot recommend enough!

I've never had a macron so I definitely wanted to try Caffe Dolce Amaro. I had 4 small macrons (2 raspberry and 2 mango); cost 1.90 euro each. Very sweet, but very good. They had 6 clearly labeled vegan flavors: lemon, passion fruit, strawberry, chocolate sorbet, lime and basil, and pineapple.
