Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi bar where the chef/owner's daughter is reported a vegetarian, so he has made sure to incorporate meatless rolls which include tempura vegetables, fruits such as kiwi, mango, and strawberries, and fried plantains. Rolls are made to order, so you could request modification. Note that tempura may be fried in same oil as meatstuff. Open Mon-Fri 4:30pm-9:00pm, Tue-Fri 11:00am-2:30pm, Sat 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Read moreWent here for the first time last night and was extremely happy with my rolls. They have 2 explicitly vegan options (a roll and poke bowl). However, waiter/restaurant seemed very knowledgeable and friendly to vegan options. Our waiter immediately let me know all the vegetarian marked rolls (there’s around 6) can be made vegan with substitutions and they were DELICIOUS! Favorite sushi spot in Tulsa now ☺️

Good sushi with vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
I’d like to see a little more flair though with their vegan choices. Maybe jackfruit sushi or Bettina burger sushi or? Or vegan cheese instead of just plain cream cheese. I just felt like all they had for vegetarians and vegans was too similar.

This is my go to restaurant! It made my sushi hating husband like sushi. My go to is the harvest roll (ask for it vegan) and all of their tempura batter is vegan! I have tried so many amazing vegan rolls here! The chef and all of the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with eating vegan there and their service is amazing. My review would be a five star, but happy cow only allows five star on fully vegan/veg restaurants.
