A small selection of sweet treats and fantastic teas. I had the cold brew which was great. We got a dish , forgot name, of spam, Just and rice wrapped seaweed, but it came hot wrapped in plastic. I hope they didn't nuke the food in plastic wrap. Otherwise very friendly folks. Nice little Cafe.

Vegan bubble tea - Edit
I really enjoyed my S'mores bubble tea with oat milk! We ordered several snacks to try and the small hummus platter. The hummus platter was fantastic! My partner enjoyed the spicy adobo jackfruit bun. We will be back to try more teas and food!

We came at breakfast time and got muffins and drinks. All we’re delicious! I especially liked my iced chai latte. Very chill vibe. The small plates all sounded great and if we were in town longer I’d love to try them.

A fully vegan tea shop with fresh-brewed teas, boba, lattes, and an assortment of coffee drinks as well. They sell a number of small plates such as their "spam and egg" musubi and a collection of filled steamed bao buns. They also have a case full of bakery items like muffins and cookies and tea leaves to purchase and take home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable and they have a friendly and talented staff. They also offer some community events such as open mics and live music. We are so luck to have Chimera here in Tower Grove East!

First time here. Chimera has delicious teas (traditional, lattes, and boba) along with some really good savory buns, sweet buns, and desserts. I love the variety of vegan goods and interesting teas, and it’s all pretty tasty.

They have all kinds of yummy vegan treats. I got the passion fruit tea with mango popping boba!! Super delightful. Really enjoyed speaking to the owner, super nice. Had a very pleasant experience here.
