Choklat offers a TRUE Vegan drinking chocolate, make right from cocoa beans imported specifically for the drink. We use a combination of Soy Milk and Almond Milk for the drink, and almond milk and vanilla for the whipped topping. It's AWESOME! at Choklat in Calgary

As of Feb 2015, the only chocolate maker in Calgary. The store actually manufactures the products in-house choosing every ingredient that goes into the chocolate. Makes a collection of 100% vegan and soy free dark chocolates from imported cocoa beans, plus the sugar has been carefully selected to ensure there is no bone char and is vegan. Has an entire line of 100% vegan hot drinking chocolates as well. An option is you can order online and pick up in store. Relocated from 1327A 9th Ave SE. Open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday closed.

OMG craft chocolate

This lovely little shop is tucked away in an industrial park, but don’t let that put you off. The chocolate is A M A Z I N G! The drinking chocolate is out of this world delicious. One note, order on the website for pickup as it is less expensive than purchasing in store. My order was ready within the 10 minutes it took me to drive to the store after placing my order.

Great Service, Amazing Chocolate!

I have been meaning to visit this store for quite a while, but since it closes at 6 everyday it's been hard to make it there after work. On Sunday when I went, there was someone serving free samples outside - he was very friendly in a formal way, and told me that this was the 70% dark variety. It was delicious chocolate - you could really taste the cocoa, but it wasn't bitter. Inside, the menu listed a wide variety of chocolates but unfortunately didn't make it very obvious which ones were vegan. I asked the lady working there, and she confirmed that the 70% dark chocolate bars (and 80) were all vegan. It was quite nice to know that they made the chocolate themselves right there - there was a person folding up the wrappers by hand in the corner! I didn't venture into the variety of drinking chocolates that they offered, but the 70% dark bar that I bought is absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this to someone looking for a chocolate fix!
