This seems like a fine, but standard Chinese restaurant. Like all Chinese restaurants, they serve some vegetable dishes that they cook in vegetable oil. But when I visited yesterday, they told me that they do not cook their vegetable dishes in cookware separate from their meat dishes--so if this place is listed on Happy Cow, it would seem that every other Chinese restaurant could be listed as well; nothing makes this stand out as particularly vegan-friendly, as far as I can tell. I was queasy about the possible cross-contamination, and since there are so many actual vegan/vegan-friendly places in the area, I went somewhere else to eat.
