This particular place is unique for several reasons, including that they have a wrap with walnuts added to the cigkofte mix; these are made-in-house (and not mass produced and truck delivered like some places); it is owned by a woman entrepreneur who is knowledgeable about what is vegan; the cigkofte mix is confirmed to be vegan and non-GMO.
