Cute little place - Edit
Tasty coffee, this place had a variety of sweet vegan snacks (such as a chocolate chip cookie, banana bread, brownies etc). Super nice staff and part of the proceeds go to charity! Discounts for students and NHS workers are super nice too.

Clubhouse Cafe - Edit
I went here a few times when I was spending a lot of time in the area a few months ago when I was getting a certification nearby. The oat flat white was always great, very consistent and nice coffee used. I never ordered food/treats, but they did have some vegan bars and foods that looked pretty nice. The staff were always super nice. They also have a punch card if you are a frequent customer.

Lovely cafe near Guy's Hospital - Edit
Really lovely cafe near the hospital (they do a discount for NHS workers). Several vegan cake and pastry options, and a really nice vegan cheese toastie. Prices are relatively low for the area and profits go to charity.
