Very good food - Edit
The Kiel ferry has surprisingly many vegan options to choose between, but the one that stands out is the menu at the oceanic restaurant. A three course menu that always has vegan options. They occasionally change the menu but every time I’ve eaten here I’m extremely positively surprised. The last time I ate here I got an apple celery tartare, a red beat wellington and sorbet for desert. All the food had high standard, good size portions and fantastic service. You should book in advance, though I think it’s possible to walk in too. You have to be a guest at the ferry to eat here.
