Good salad! - Edit
This place was nicer than I expected and offered two vegan salads. Unfortunately they were out of beyond meat for the taco salad, so I had to go with the tofu hummus. Which I think is actually hummus made of tofu bc there was no tofu on my salad, and looking at the menu pic, there is no tofu on that either. It tasted really good and I also got a side of the roasted veggies which were also delicious. The staff was knowledgeable about veganism. They’re currently running a special with pesto tofu noodles and I asked if it was vegan and he said no, the pesto contains cheese. So that was a plus for them!
