Great place to get vegan pizza - Edit
Lots of varieties, they even had whole wheat option. Taste was great. Friendly staff. Next time I visit LA, if I crave for a Pizza, will definitely order from them again.

tastes even better than it looks - Edit
Lots of options besides pizza but I went with the vegetable medium pizza which comes with your choice of 6 veggies. I chose the portobello mushrooms, mushrooms, spinach, garlic, EGGPLANT, and ARTICHOKE. Yuuuummmmmmm! If you're really hungry you could probably finish off the whole medium but I ate half and saved the rest for dinner.

Really Good - Edit
I think Cruzer is probably the best specialty vegan pizza shop in LA and I enjoy it. I've had several pizzas and dishes from here. The only thing I might have a problem with is that I don't love Daiya vegan cheese. But it's definitely the best option in town as far as I've tasted when it comes to pizza! I've enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken sandwich from here! I'd recommend that.

Great pizza! - Edit
Cruzer is 100% vegan. It's know. For its pizzas but they have sandwiches, breadsticks, etc. This place has many mock-meat options if you are looking for that. I just had a vegetable pizza with 6 different veggies and Daiya cheese. This place is more of a take out spot so there is not much seating for large groups. Fantastic pizza!

Ordered a delicious pizza that arrived really fast. Thank you! Wish I could have ordered cupcakes too but they were not available for delivery, which I understand and which is also probably a good thing for my body :) thanks guys!

100% vegan pizza place - Edit
My favorite part of this place was the "100% vegan" sign right at the entrance. The food was good, but unfortunately relies on the Daiya crutch. Some may enjoy the flavor, but this reviewer does not.

Good vegan pizza - Edit
Good vegan pizza and very friendly customer service. The shop itself is not the most enjoyable place to eat your vegan pizza. I think I would be better to take the pizza to go or delivered if you live nearby.

Cheesy vegan pizza with friendly service - Edit
My husband and I stopped in here for some vegan pizza before we went to a Dodgers game recently. It's definitely more of a delivery place than sit-down, but the workers there are super friendly and they do have three bar seats and a small makeshift outside table. This place would be five stars for us if we were vegan and had a hard time eating pizza elsewhere. Given we're not vegan, I definitely prefer regular cheese or a cheese-less spicy marinara pizza. Daiya cheese is likely the best vegan cheese I've had out there, but it's the same amount of calories as regular cheese, but without the protein of it! It doesn't melt quite as well as regular cheese either.
Read moreAll of that aside, Cruzer has a bunch of options with lots of different faux-meats as well. For people who are now vegan and used to not be, this is a paradise! They have about eight different pre-designed pizza combinations, but you can also build your own. The pizza is also well-priced for its size and amount of toppings. We didn't try dessert but they also offer those.
Certainly more of a delivery place if you live in the area, but definitely solid food and people.

Great food, friendly staff! - Edit
Came here after spending the day at VegFest LA. My wife and daughter had already been here before, but we are not often out in this area. Monica got the Philly Cheezsteak sandwich and I got the Buffalo chik'n Sandwich.
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and we met a great couple who were regulars there. We talked about the VegFest (they missed it this year) but had a great conversation while waiting for the food.
Our sandwiches were HUGE and tasty. We weren't able to finish them so we took them home to enjoy later. I dropped off a new Excellent Reviews decal to replace their faded one. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
Pros: Great pizzeria selections, Friendly staff, Large portions
Cons: L.A. Parking, Limited seating

all vegan pizza joint - Edit
With gluten-free options! Love the rice crust. Order for delivery or pick up because there are two waiting seats inside which are totally usable to dine if alone, but not appropriate for groups. This place started as a regular pizza joint offering a vegan option and bam - vegan was so popular they made the whole switch. Long running. Great. Topping options. No meat or dairy on site. Thank you!

I love Cruzer's and wish they were closer. Heard they're looking for a space in Santa Monica / Venice. Hope they get one. I believe this is the only vegan pizzeria in LA.

Vegan heaven! - Edit
This place is so bad for people who are on a diet because you cannot have enough of their food! I've had their Calzones, pizza and sandwiches. I've taken my meat eater family members and they agree that this stuff is amazing! If you live in Los Feliz, you're in luck because they deliver! If you are not close to them (like me) you will not have much of a pleasant experience dinning in. It is a whole in the wall with a few bar stools making it difficult to eat there if there are more patrons there already. The worst part, as anyone living in the area knows, is the parking! Yes, Cruzer pizza has a little bit of parking but that's it, a little bit. If the parking lot is full, you're gonna have to search for street parking and good luck! They do take phone pick up orders so I would recommend you to do that. I don't need to speak more about the food because it speaks for itself. Be ready to break your diet because that's stuff is addictive like crack!

This is by far the best 100% vegan pizza place in the world! Not kidding, it's that good.
Read moreI have a hard time deciding what to get when I go here, but some of my favorite items are the pesto pizza with thin crust, potato wedges with Ranch dressing and the Calzone with pineapple and onion.
It's a hole in the wall with little parking, but we always seem to find a spot really close. The owners and staff are really cool.
I strongly recommend everybody to visit this restaurant - it's as good as it gets.
Pros: Excellent pizza, Excellent Calzone, Oh, the Ranch dressing...!
Cons: Parking can be hard to find

Need more places like that! - Edit
Cruzer pizza offered me one of my first vegan pizza with a great cheese on it. I tried the Hawaiian one and I was very bluffed by the smell and taste of the pizza that was so close to a real cheese-meat pizza (which was great on first sight but led me not to be able to finish the pizza, too similar!). Otherwise, the size of the pizza was good, the crust was perfectly crunchy and staff is friendly. The only problem of the place is that it is difficult to park in the area and that you must take your food away.

This is the best vegan pizza in LA! I only wish it was closer or they had a second chain so I could order my pizza's here more often. Not a sit down place, an order and pick up (or delivery if you are fortunate enough to live in the neighborhood).

Great Place - Edit
We had the gourmet pesto pizza with salad. Was enough to have cold pizza for breakfast the next day, a rare treat for vegans! Nice and friendly place, unfortunately their delivery area does not reach our home so we have to drive over. Definitely worth it! Wish they had more sitting room (so we can bring guests) and easier parking.

OOOH ooh ooh this is good stuff. Crust was perfect. Not too much Daiya but enough to make it great. Delish and plentiful toppings. The very best vegan ranch dressing I have ever had. Super friendly brothers running the place--proud of their business, their food, and their mission.
