Delicious plant based coffees and drinks - Edit
We picked up a couple of (very tasty) iced lattes to accompany us on our walk along the Tonle Sap but the book shop/library attached to the coffee shop is a lovely unique setting to enjoy a drink also!

Delicious coffee in cute library - Edit
We loved it here - the coffee was so good, plenty of choice for coffees with oat milk, the library was a calm and nice environment and the staff so sweet!

My vegan heaven - Edit
If ever I were to open a vegan place, it would look exactly like this. It’s a library and plant-based coffee house. They serve a bunch of coffees, served with oat or soy milk. Because I’ve learned in Cambodia some soy milk has dairy in it, I played it safe and went for oat. I had a delicious Khmer iced latte, with a little bit of sugar. I like that they ask how much sugar you want. I sat inside their library, a nice place to read a book or do some work. They have sockets for laptops. Staff speaks some English, perfectly if you want to order some coffee, very smooth. If you have questions beyond the menu (I tried asking if they are fully vegan), there may be more of a language barrier. I noticed some customers people were eating food they brought in, no food is sold inside the café.
Read moreI was there on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t very busy, just some people working or reading. Quiet vibe, which is very nice.
I have been very confused with whether they are vegan as they don’t call themselves vegan but online I couldn’t find anything showing they are not vegan. I tried asking them if they are vegan, but it does not seem like they know what vegan means. Plant-based is their selling point. I didn’t explicitly see anything non-vegan on the menu. It remains a mystery but anyways they are mostly vegan so please do support them if you can!🙏

Plant based coffee! - Edit
A great find for me in Phnom Penh, the coffee is delicious and hot and the adjoining library a cool (in both senses) place to drink it.

Coffee and calm - Edit
This is a beautiful spot. Order from a hole in the wall and then get served the coffee Next Door in the library. It’s absolutely perfect. We ordered a café frappe, a grapefruit, lychee tea and oat milk iced espresso. All delicious!

Beautiful ambience - Edit
You order at a little outside kiosk then enjoy your coffee in the cute little library/lounge next door. It’s a great place to work or read, with loads of books to peruse. Coffee can be served with soya or oat milk!

Amazing Lattes! - Edit
They have multiple options for vegans for their drinks, and the coffee was so good I went back here multiple times during my stay in Phnom Penh. It’s been challenging finding plant-based milk for me in SE Asia, so this cafe was such a great find!

Cute coffee shop - Edit
This is a great place to get a vegan milky coffee as many places in Cambodia don't offer plant-based milks. We had a shaken oat latte and a hot chocolate and both were yummy. The coffee shop itself is lovely and makes it a nice spot to chill out with a drink and a book.

Super tasty, a tad expensive but still very worth it. I was asked if I liked sugar and how much.

Where Coffee Falls Flat and Fashion Fails - Edit
In my recent visit to Cuffeine, I was not only disappointed by the lack of coherence in their fashion offerings but also by the dismal quality of their coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I approached the barista counter with anticipation, only to be met with a lackluster brew that tasted as if it had been carelessly prepared and lacked the finesse expected from a specialty coffee shop.
Read moreThe first sip revealed a coffee that was far from the robust, flavorful experience I had anticipated. Instead, it left a bitter aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly on the palate. The aroma lacked the inviting notes of freshly roasted beans, replaced instead by a faint, almost stale scent that hinted at the coffee's lack of freshness.
Moreover, the texture of the coffee was disappointingly thin and watery, devoid of the rich, velvety mouthfeel characteristic of a well-crafted espresso or latte. It lacked the creamy consistency that enhances the overall drinking experience, leaving me with the impression of a hastily prepared beverage that prioritized expediency over quality.
To compound matters, the flavor profile of the coffee was notably one-dimensional, lacking the complexity and depth that distinguishes a truly exceptional brew. Instead of a harmonious balance of nuanced flavors, I encountered a flat, uninspired taste that failed to captivate or delight.
In essence, my experience with Cuffeine's coffee was emblematic of the overall disappointment I felt during my visit. Just as their fashion offerings lacked coherence and quality, so too did their coffee fail to meet even the most basic expectations of taste and craftsmanship. For a coffee shop that aspires to greatness, Cuffeine has much room for improvement before it can truly satisfy the discerning palates of its patrons.
Cons: very small place , attitude , dusty

I don't get you hating on this place so much and in such a sophisticated way, but you sound like a troll. Are you serious?

Matcha in time. - Edit
Excellent matcha latte with oat milk. One of the best I've had in Cambodia. Made it with 3 minutes before they closed. Still were happy to serve me. Had cleaned the espresso machine already but I was craving a Matcha. Decent ones were tuffer to find in Cambodia than Thailand

We had the strawberry matcha and the hazelnut latte with oat milk. Both were super good and we will go there again. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can decide if you want soy or oatmilk and how sweet your drink should be.

Excellent - Edit
It’s interesting place to be. Cafe, library and mens designer clothes 3in1. Very cosy, good atmosphere, nice people. Cafe is very good and oat milk they use is one of those of good taste (I haven’t tried soya yet) unlike in other cafes in the area. I recommend strawberry matcha.

Great coffee - they also sell menswear. - Edit
This place is run by some young Cambodian friends and is three businesses in one: a vegan coffee shop (drink indoors or take away), a hipster menswear store offering personal styling and a speakeasy cocktail bar on the roof. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English. I didn't find any clothes that I wanted to buy, but it was nice to try some on. The small seating area is very comfortable and there are books to read and exchange. The coffees are 100% vegan and they offer a choice of oat milk or soya milk. They don't serve food. I had an iced oat milk latte and an iced oat milk matcha latte - both were excellent.
