Best bánh mì in Eugene

Love this place, my favorite vegan food item I have found in town. I tell all my friends about this place. I might be convincing them to add a vegan aioli sauce soon, but at the time of writing this it is not- ask to make sure you get vegan (sans aioli)

Pros: Organic tofu made down the street, Deliciously crispy bread

Cons: They also serve non vegan items

Good Options

They have pretty yummy vegan options and it’s about half their menu. The tofu is pretty good, especially in the vegan pho. But I did have some worries about contamination in the pho, maybe I’m being paranoid but I would be careful.
