Mosr delicious crêpe sarrasin

It is hard to find a vegan option in the middle of nowhere in France. I was happy I stumbled upon this Crêperie. Not only did the cook make me costume glutenfree crêpes, she offered to taste the ingrediences and I could chose my own toppings. The quality was top, a really good taste, crunchy dough and a very affordable price.
The cook/owner(?) was very nice and accommodating and was very careful to adjust to my dietary wishes. I could watch her prepare the crêpes and felt at ease.
