Excellent tour - Edit
I recommend the tour (you can book online for $20). My group was about 10 people, and our guide was awesome. All the samples given with the tour were vegan, but I did not try anything on their menu.

Mission hot chocolate - Edit
Most of the drinks can be made vegan, as is most of the actual chocolate (pastries are not). I love the Mission hot chocolate, which is slightly spicy and not too sweet.

High-quality chocolatier which focuses on single-origin dark chocolate with only a little sugar added to the cacao. Thus, chocolate bars and the majority of the chocolate drinks are vegan. They do have a small selection of pastries/dessert food items with chocolate and those are not vegan.
Read moreHighly recommend for a drinkable dessert or to purchase chocolate. We like to do tastings at home with the bars (similar to tasting wine). Don't come here hungry for food though!
Pros: No additives in chocolate, High quality at a not-too-expensive price
