Good coffee in Kandy - Edit
Had a craving for decent coffee with alternative milk and found it in the Department of Coffee.

Lovely, big place with plugs and a bathroom. Not much vegan food but excellent coffee and several dairy free milks available. They didn’t have soy today but did have oat and almond as well as coconut.
