Veganized fancy pancy

Went here as part of birthday celebration (25 ppl attended). Received a veganized version of the current and seasonal 4-course menu, and I immediately got the impression that the chef(s) had made an effort of cooking some proper vegan food. The did what they could to keep the vegan items from the original menu, and then switched the non-vegan items with vegans ones; worked like a charm.
No factory-made meat substitutes, only greens, green proteins etc.
FYI: probably a good idea to call ahead to let them know that you’re vegan, and make an appointment accordingly.

Pros: Clean, green meal, Great taste., Looked amazing.

Cons: Very dark place, Bit too fancy, Supports animal exploitation
