Must Try!

DFW - Terminal A - Across from A8
The vegan cauliflower tacos were amazing! I’m not a huge cauliflower fan, but I wouldn’t have known it was cauliflower if the sign hadn’t said so. For my cold side I chose the kale salad. Equally incredible. The two tacos, and two sides were a good, complete, filling meal. My lunch was delicious and made the trip so much better.
Since I’m vegan by choice I did not inquire about possible cross contamination. It is a little expensive, but not considering it was a full meal in an airport.
The menu calls out that the tacos are vegan and the items are labeled where you order as well. The staff was very friendly. Great experience. (5 stars) A must try!

Vegan money grab

They have several vegan options but they’re bad and expensive and the same prices as meat. We grab a 2 taco and 2 sides combo for $20 and a single taco for $7. They have cauliflower fried tacos. Brussels sprouts salad and fries with kale. Also saw that they have a cold southwest vegan cauliflower burrito. Food seemed greasy

Cons: Pricey

Not bad

Had a 4 hour layover in DFW, which was plenty of time to get something to eat. Unfortunately, a few of the listings on this app had either closed or only accept card payment.

Luckily Plum Market was open and accepted cash. There only seemed to be 3 vegan options on the menu; 1 entree & 2 sides. Conveniently that worked out as a meal.

The service is cafeteria style. Pre-heated food sits behind a glass under a hot lamp waiting for you. Makes ordering fast, but the food is dry. It's not a bad option for an airport where every second matters. Just be prepared for less than moist food.

The food was okay. The condiments definitely helped. I appreciated the balance between kale salad, salty fries, and saucy cauliflower tacos.
It will definitely hold you down until you land safely at home.

Several grab and go options

Haven’t eaten my sandwich yet, but they have a few options…

Couple of options

Grab and go. The warm option is cauliflower tacos and cold option is a large cauliflower burrito. Not great but ok for quick airport food. The kale salads may have been vegan too.
