Minimal vegan options - Edit
I previously gave this restaurant a great review as they used to have some great vegan options-it was one of our go tos. Unfortunately they removed several vegan items from their menu a while ago and all that is left is a falafel, or a pizza with vegan cheese.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
While Dovetail is not a completely vegan restaurant it is owned by a vegan and the wait staff understand that vegan is not vegetarian. Their vegan options are well thought out and they are willing to make changes depending on your preferences. It's a great atmosphere and the wait staff is pleasant and attentive.

Cons: Prices are on the higher side, Not a lot of vegan options

Options but you have to ask - Edit
They have lots of vegan options here but the menu isn’t labeled so you have to ask which is annoying. They still have falafel though it is just a side. It’s not longer on a pita. They are very into covid and that is off putting but the food is good and I appreciate the options.

Vegan Deserts! - Edit
Not every day you get a rich, warm chocolate cake that’s vegan! Yum yum yum 😋
Read moreMy only complaint is it’s very loud so if you have sound sensitivity you may want to steer clear or call ahead and make sure it’s not too busy.
Great for a special occasion, date, birthday or treat!
Pros: Vegan dishes, sides and desserts
Cons: Very loud, not great acoustics, Expensive

Salt Anyone? - Edit
Went there with friends since they had vegan options. We had the Hummus appetizer which was tasty. I then had the mushroom taco which tasted like they dumped an entire salt shaker on it. The one waiter was serving the food and was spilling some liquid on the plate of the falafel and even on a 2 month old infant. Fortunately the liquid was not hot so even though it splashed her face it didn't go into her eyes. They apologized but didn't take anything off of our bill. They offered us a funky bar rag to wipe everything down with.
