Aubergine!

The vegan version of the aubergine dish is absolutely incredible!

Spanish Tapas

Went here with my non vegan family but we loved it. There were several vegan options on the menu so I ordered the padron peppers, fried aubergine, garlic mushrooms, and spicy patatas bravas. The food was lovely, the service was quick, and it had a great environment. My only negative would be that out of the 40 tapas options, only about 7 were vegan options and I just feel more vegan alternatives of sone dishes (without cheese etc) could be available. But a solid 9/10 and I would definitely visit again.
