Pros: Almost everything on menu is vegan. Clear labelng, Incredible tastes, flavour balances, detail, Great service. Attentive staff

An absolute unique fine-dining vegan experience in town! - Edit
I was lucky to be able to visit this restaurant during its soft opening and I was absolutely blown away. The menu is almost completely vegan and it servers delicious dishes with French and local influences. The atmosphere is amazing and reflects a more sophisticated dining experience with great service and food presentation. Totally recommended!
