Everyone here was very welcoming and friendly. There were a number of menu options that could be vegan and some designated vegan too. I went for a sort of burger called Messy Vegan. It was also gluten free, with spinach, avocado and pulled oyster mushrooms on a potato rosti base, with a massive breaded tofu and portobello mushroom, along with a tahini yoghurt and sweet potato fries. A word of warning, it was a huge meal! I’m not one for leaving food but I couldn’t finish it! It felt well thought out, like a proper vegan option, not just trying to work out how to replace non vegan items with something similar. I’d happily return here!

Super handy for where our taxi dropped us off, and delicious into the bargain. I had the empanadas which were crisp and not too spicy for me! My partner had the messy vegan which he enjoyed too - it included a thick slice of tofu but he’s that sort of vegan! Staff were friendly and the service was prompt too.

Firstly, the staff were really friendly and looked very busy. The coffee was really nice, as was the fresh orange juice.
Read moreHowever, the food was style over substance and I can’t say I enjoyed it all that much. I had the messy vegan, and the tofu was just an uncoated, unflavoured block. This is one of those trendy places where people come to take photos for their insta and is overpriced and overrated unfortunately.

One vegan option for brunch, one for lunch, and a few small plate options. There is also one vegan option in the dessert display case. I agree with the other reviewers that the Chickpea in the Morning (the one brunch option) had a strange flavor that was bland with a slight sweetness. The fritters were okay. I would recommend trying the empanadas or tacos instead of the Chickpea since that one consistently seems to be a disappointment.

A beautiful spot in Valletta and good prices. GORGEOUS drinks - I had an iced oat flat white and my partner had a Butterfly Pea drink. Food was nice but oddly sweet, not sure if others found this too?

This is, without a doubt, THE best place to go for vegan brunch (and possibly any meal!) in Valletta! The staff were lovely, the place is beautiful, the location couldn't be better. All items on the menu can be made vegan, which is awesome!
