No Vegan Crust - Edit
Let me start by saying the staff here are excellent and communicated that they could not make us a vegan pizza. They have vegan cheese but all of their crusts are premade in buttered pans. They may be able to make an unbuttered pizza with advance notice.

Adequate vegan pizza - Edit
The summary writeup indicates that the standard menu includes vegan pizzas — and this is no longer the case. There’s a significant upcharge for subbing vegan cheese into one of the “standard”’pizzas (though of course they done do a down charge for removing the sausage or whatever), and doing a build-your-own involves adding toppings to a $23 pie at $2 or $3 each! Once it arrived, the pizza was good and the crust is delicious. Service was middling and they didn’t seem aware of what vegan even really meant (eg “would you like Parmesan cheese?”) so they could invest in training! Cocktails were on point 🍸
