Would happily give Estrella 5 stars if I was allowed but they do unfortunately also sell meat. We visited 3 times during our week trip and loved it every time. We only visited for breakfast and had the yoghurt bowl, and vegan pancakes each time. Pancakes are advertised with honey but they have no issue substituting for maple syrup. Genuinely the nicest vegan pancakes we’ve ever had, so fluffy!

Enjoyed it here so much that we visited 3 times during our week's holiday to Paphos.

Also tried the 3 versions of the Macha lattes with fruit puree.
All the food was great. Especially enjoyed the pancakes with chocolate as they brought out a full pack of melted chocolate to squeeze out onto the pancakes, which was fun. They also left me with the packaging so I could check the chocolate was definitely vegan!

A few vegan options clearly marked on menu. My two friends and I both had the flatbread and the bowl. We all agreed the food was very good especially the flatbread. Drinks were also very good. I had jasmine and lime ice tea. Definitely going back.

Nice but slow service when we went - Edit
Pancakes were a little tough, but nice enough, and my partner enjoyed their burger. We arrived at about 11:50 but didn’t get to order until 12:05, by which point the flatbread I fancied wasn’t available to order. Food arrived around 12:45 and the staff were apologetic, it was due to a large table they were tending to - they seemed a little short-staffed, so maybe avoid if it seems busy! Otherwise, it was nice and staff were polite, good options.

Two kinds of vegan pancakes, soya mince flatbread, a beyond burger and one or two other things one the menu! Decent size pancake portion but not the best I ever had. Not too expensive. Smoothies were good and very big for €6. Would go back to try the flatbread or burger

Nice location near the harbour and a cool venue. I had the breakfast sandwich with polenta alongside a greek coffee (this is bitter and bitty I have learnt) and an açai smoothie. All three were very delicious! Would recommend going one morning/afternoon!

Nice atmosphere, helpful staff, clean, separate menu with the vegan options clearly marked. I asked for maple syrup instead of honey and not only did they make the substitution, but they brought the bottle to me to add more if I wanted. Both the flatbread and the pancakes were tasty. Highly recommended!

Has plenty of options ask for the vegan menu, kinda regret not going with the newly added polenta breakfast burger. I tried the beyond burger and honestly was a bit bland along with the fries. But its probably the only place in paphos that serves beyond burger and also offers a beyond hot dog. Might go back to try something else.

Good beyond burger, magic smoothie - Edit
We came there to try vegan pizza, but found out that there also was a beyond burger (12 €). Bun is vegan too, it was mentioned in the menu, it tasted like home-made. The cheese in the burger was vegan. Inside are tomatoes, iceberg and two sauces. In addition there are lettuce salad with a light dressing and a good portion of french fries.
